It is a well-known fact that we eat with our eyes first.

That is why we have always given great importance to design and have used colours, materials as well as textures to enhance the art and fantasy of ice-cream and pastry makers, traditionally mortified by undistinguished shapes.
PETit Jar, the latest example of aesthetic research for content purposes, aims to enhance consumer impulse buying by optimising the appearance of small spoon desserts or parfaits displayed in a shop window.
